Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and accessories.
• We will replace or repair the product in 15 days.
• If the product is non-repairable or replaceable, then only you are eligible for refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items without a valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation email).

3. Return Process

• Contact our customer support team at info@cashforphone.in to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (photos of the defect, etc.).
• Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

4. Inspection and Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will replace or repair the product in 15 days and send it back. If the product is non-replaceable or non-repairable then refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

• If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please follow the return process and specify that you wish to exchange the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Warranty Claims

• Our refurbished smartphones come with a 6-month warranty covering any hardware defects. If your product develops a fault within this period, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
